 Formed during the 1980's at a time when there was a need for real estate brokers in Caroline County, Pitts and Manns have stood the test of time and remained Caroline's premiere real estate agency. We has been blessed to thrive through numerous recessions, pandemics, and crazy real estate markets. Our faith-based company puts our morals and ethics above all, and we have a passion for serving our community.

Mary-Margaret Pitts joined the agency several years ago, serving as office manager, rising to sales agent, and is now our principal broker and co-owner.
